Ray Warren
Ray has a passion for helping people find their way through the process of change both at a personal and organisational level. This led him to set up Monavis in 2004, to focus on coaching and change programmes.

He has a BA in Business Studies and is a member of The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He is in his third year of a Master’s Degree in Change Agent Skills and Strategies at The University of Surrey. He also teaches on the post graduate Business Management Diploma at West London College.

Ray has gained his commercial experience as a Finance Director in several businesses. International experience includes working in Malaysia, Singapore, The USA and The Caribbean. Sectors include Pharmaceutical, FMCG and consumer durables. He has developed and managed major change programmes including post merger/acquisition and major reorganisation involving implementing new business models to suit changing business environments.

Dr. Sabine Mader
Dr.Sabine Mader holds a PhD in Psychology from The University of Bremen, Germany. Throughout her studies, she gained practical experience in the areas of psychometric assessment as well as psychological counselling and coaching.

Sabine’s teaching experience at Bremen includes involvement on Diploma, Bachelor’s, and PhD courses. Topics taught included: organizational change, individual stressors and coping mechanisms, psychometric assessment, international teamwork, scientific writing and teaching the English language.

Sabine has worked as a coach both at the University and through her private practice for the past two years, including career and life issues. Sabine is one of the founding members of The Bremen Rainbow Group, a small group of international practitioners promoting Diversity issues. She was also a member of The Workgroup Diversity of Bremen, a group of local employers and other parties interested in advancing workplace diversity in practice.

Bill Pitcher
Bill Pitcher has a Master of Arts Degree from the University of De Montfort and is a Career Management Fellow of the Institute for Career Certification International (ICCI).He is an active member of The Association of Career Professionals International, where he was an International Board Member, and then Global President between 2000 and 2002. He is also a Fellow of CIPD.

Bill has worked in retail, telecommunications, public sector and utilities. He worked in human resources consultancy for KPMG and then joined Moores Rowland. In 1990 he led a management buyout to create CEDAR International, which became one of the UK’s leading independent consulting practices.

Bill’s coaching clients include ABN-AMRO Bank, Dixons Electrical Retailers, Ernst & Young, British Airways, BP, Britannic Assurance, HSBC Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Diageo.
In addition he has coached individuals from many different national backgrounds including Italy, France, Germany, Australia, USA, India, Portugal, Switzerland, and Spain.
